“At the end of the day, the most important thing that parents can do is to send their kid the message that it’s OK for them to feel what they are feeling. These are the interactions that help a child feel seen.” —The New York Times

Treatment Philosophy

Treating who you are within the context of your life.

No person is an island. Dr. Chaudhary takes a comprehensive approach to treatment planning, considering all aspects of you or your child’s lifestyle in order to create an individualized treatment program. She strongly believes that for treatment to be successful, you or your child will need to be evaluated and treated within the broader context of who you are, considering your genetics, family dynamics, social supports, careers, schooling, romantic relationships, hobbies, habits, and unique stressors.

Meeting you where you are.

Dr. Chaudhary meets you where you are— bringing the convenience of telemedicine to busy families with tight schedules while maintaining the same quality as in-person care. She tailors treatment to what you need and what you’re ready for, from individual psychotherapy to family meetings to parent guidance to medications.
